Our favourite slow cooker comes in at around the £99 mark, but you can pick one up for around £30 – and there are other perfectly serviceable products out there for less than that (although admittedly they tend to be smaller, and so cook less food in one go). The good news is that you don't have to shell out loads for one of these useful kitchen appliances. We considered each slow cooker in terms of its size, heat distribution, versatility and how easy it was to use and clean – and, of course, the deliciousness of the results.
